Italian Football Italians to take part in live-streamed Olympic games
Football Italian fans will get their first chance to see the Rio 2016 Olympic games from home when they watch the final between Italy and Portugal in Rome this evening.
The match between the two nations will be broadcast live on Sky Sports from the Olympic Stadium, with the live coverage set to start at 10.30pm on Saturday.
The first match of the Olympics will be held on June 12, when Italy face Portugal in the opening match of their group stage.
The first team match will be between Italy’s squad and Portugal’s under-23s.
The second team match, which will be played on Sunday, will be Italy vs Portugal’s Under-21s.
